Jungholz (m.1054) è un Comune tirolese, del circondario di

Reutte nella regione della Valle di Tannheimer, denominato

anche "un pezzo di Tirolo in Allgäu". Allgäu è un territorio

situato nella regione dell'Oberschwabens a sud della

Baviera (Germania).

Jungholz (m.1054) is a Tyrolean municipality of the district of

Reutte in the Tannheimer Valley region, called

also "a piece of Tyrol in Allgäu". Allgäu is a territory

located in the Oberschwabens region south of the 

Bavaria (Germany).

 In pratica Jungholz è un Enclave tirolese in territorio

tedesco e su una superfice di 7 km² conta una popolazione

di 307 abitanti. Gente laboriosa che, da una situazione

politico-geografica poco favorevole è riuscita negli anni ad

ottenere una posizione economico-finanziaria, a livello

europeo, di tutto rispetto, le attività principali sono

l'Alberghiero e il Bancario.

Per questa posizione geografica il paese di Jungholz è

considerato zona doganale e quindi ancora sottoposto a

controlli frontalieri. Forse per questa ragione metà dei

residenti è di nazionalità germanica e l'altra metà di

nazionalità austriaca, più alcuni svizzeri e italiani.

For this geographical position the country of Jungholz is

considered as a customs area and therefore still subject to

cross-border checks. Perhaps for this reason half of them

residents is of Germanic nationality and the other half of

Austrian nationality, plus some Swiss and Italian.
